About Online Check-In BP2026
Before starting the check-in process, you must have a physical ID document on hand.
All tickets for the festival are NOMINAL and NON-TRANSFERABLE, so you will only be able to check in for the ticket that has your name on it. Additionally, the date of birth must match the one provided when the ticket was purchased.
All Beach, Please! 2026 participants must complete the check-in process in order to access the festival.
Ticket holders or invitees have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete the check-in for free. After this period, online check-in will cost 50 lei per ticket and check-in at physical locations will cost 75 lei per ticket.
Regarding invitations, according to art. 4.5 of the Official Regulations, the Online Check-in fee of 50 lei / invitation applies and the Check-in fee at physical points will be 75 lei / invitation.

About Online Top-up BP2026
Purchases of products and services within the Beach, Please! festival will be made exclusively through the rechargeable wristband.
To avoid queues, we recommend recharging your wristband online using the online top-up feature available on the Beach, Please! platform.
After completing online or on-site check-in, you will be able to top-up your wristband online through your Beach, Please! account.
For each wristband top-up, whether online or at physical points, a 3% charge will be added, representing top-up processing services (VAT included).
Online Refund Policy BP2025
Refunds can be requested at the Top-Up Points on the festival grounds. The refunded amount will equal the total remaining balance in the wristband account. Please note that this includes any online top-up transactions—withdrawn amounts will cover all funds, regardless of how they were added.
Throughout the entire festival period, attendees who topped up their wristbands can request a refund at the Top-Up Points until Monday, July 14, 2025, at 06:00 AM.
Between 08:00 AM and 09:00 PM on Monday July 14 the Participants can request a refund for the remaining funds at the designed booths located at the main entrance of the Festival.
In order to avoid bank frauds cash refund will be limited at 1500 ron for top-up made by card. For the amounts higher than this bank checks and payment will be initiated.
If you topped up online and did not request a refund at a Top-Up Point by the above deadline, you may recover the remaining online top-up amount by completing the refund form, available between July 16 and July 20, 2025.
Important:
The online refund is limited to the amount topped up online for that specific wristband. If both online and on-site top-ups were made on the same wristband, only the online top-up amount is eligible for online refund.
Please ensure all information is completed accurately and double-check your bank account details before submitting the form. The Organizer is not responsible for errors due to incorrect or invalid information.
Refunds will be processed via online bank transfer within 15 working days from the refund form deadline. Please note that bank charges may apply and are independent of the Organizer.
